Executive Central Network, involving dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlPFC) Intraparietal sulcus (IPS) and Posterior parietal cortex (pPC), (Circles) are disconnected and the Connectom becomes fragmented with tendency to random disordered activity   
Imaging will involve reduced correlation matrix entries, and connectivity graphs will show disturbance of Small-World Network with reduced clustering coefficients. Whole brain dynamics over-time fluctuates with instability. Hubs of the Central Executive Network will have reduced degree. Treatment will have to reconnect and stabilize connectivity-optimization via intervention in the hubs.
Traditionally antipsychotics are administrated theoretically also consider modulating global integration using Dorsolateral Prefrontal Hub-related transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (tACS) to reconnect global network (increase Gamma synchronization).
